Ask Parcello has been in the web portal of Bitlog WMS since September 23. In the first month since the Bitlog 11 launch, our customers have asked Parcello thousands of questions. Users get answers right away, and the questions also show us what we should build next.
Parcello is available on every page of the web portal and answers from Bitlog's documentation, with sources cited. It knows which page you're on and which modules are included in your license. It can also help with basic troubleshooting, for example when an order is stuck.
If you're responsible for IT, the boundaries matter. Parcello is powered by Claude (Anthropic). The only things sent to the AI are the user's question and our documentation. No warehouse data and no personal data are sent. Questions that need live data are routed to Bitlog Support.
Any user can ask Parcello to pass on a suggestion for improvement. Over the past month, a number of well-informed questions and suggestions have come in, and some of them are now part of our product planning.
Questions Parcello can't answer become a to-do list for our documentation. Every gap we fill makes the next answer better.
"Our customers now tell us themselves, right inside Bitlog WMS, what they're wondering about and what they need. That helps us build a product around what users actually want. For our customers, it means a warehouse system that grows in the same direction as their business," says John Goliats, VP Sales & Marketing at Bitlog.
