With the latest version of Bitlog, the warehouse management system moves from smart tool to automation orchestrator. Bitlog WMS plans the day, steers both people and robots, and acts automatically, so orders ship on time without the manual scramble.
At the heart of the release is the Bitlog Autopilot. It prioritizes every order around the clock based on carrier cut-offs and SLAs, so the right orders are always worked first. Relay Picking and the AutoStore Connector coordinate manual zones and goods-to-person robots in a single flow, making picking 25–40 percent faster. Order confirmations, labels and export documents are generated and sent automatically the moment they're needed.
People remain in charge. The warehouse team is still ultimately responsible for the operation. Bitlog makes it possible to automate large parts of the flow, and each customer decides how much to automate and at what pace.
Bitlog also brings AI coaching that surfaces improvement areas across the operation every day. It also introduces Parcello, a new AI support agent built directly into the Web Portal.
Bitlog also marks a shift in how the product evolves. Bitlog has significantly increased its development speed, instead of three to four major releases a year, customers will now receive new features and improvements continuously.
