Most warehouses still plan the day in a spreadsheet and find out about the bottleneck when the orders are already late. Bitlog 11 works the other way around. Autopilot plans the work, steers people and robots, and shows you where the floor is slipping while there's still time to do something about it.
One modern app for the whole warehouse the same search, filter and sort on every list, settings you can actually find, dark mode, and it runs in a mobile browser. A guided look at what your team would use every day, and at how long it takes to learn. New pickers are productive after a roughly 15-minute introduction.
Autopilot prioritizes every order around your carrier cut-offs, batches the picking, and re-optimizes the entire open-order backlog every few minutes as new orders land. You set the goals. It keeps the floor pointed at them.
The real-time floor view that names your bottleneck and shows what changes if you move two people to clear it, plus a live top-down map of where every picker is and where work is piling up. Both sit in licensed add-ons rather than the base plan, and we'll say exactly which is which in the session.
Coaching reports that show who's performing and who needs support, with the data anonymized before it ever reaches the AI. Plus Parcello, the in-app assistant that answers from Bitlog's own documentation and cites its sources. The floor itself runs on Bitlog's proven optimization engine. The AI assists and coaches.
Yes. Apohem, a Swedish online pharmacy with more than 16,000 items in stock, set a goal of 100 order lines picked per hour within a year. They hit it in four months, and their top pickers now pass 240 lines an hour. The webinar shows the system that plans that day.
When we started working with Bitlog WMS, we set a goal of 100 order lines picked per hour within a year. We achieved that in four months.
Why a WMS should run the floor, not just record what already happened.
The new Web Portal, the plan in motion, and the real-time floor view. We show, we don't tell.
Anonymized coaching reports written by Claude, where names never leave Bitlog, and Parcello, the in-app assistant that answers from Bitlog's own documentation and cites its sources.
