Morgenlevering is a Norwegian e-commerce company owned by Vend, delivering good mornings since 2015. It sends breakfast, baked goods, flowers, gifts and corporate orders to the door, ready before the recipient wakes. Working with skilled bakers, suppliers and its distribution partner Helthjem, it reaches homes across Østlandet, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Agder. From its warehouse in Vestby, the team pairs a fast, entrepreneurial pace with a supply chain that never stops changing.
Morgenlevering delivers gifts, breakfast and flowers to the door the next morning. To widen what it could offer without dropping quality, it moved off manual packing and onto Bitlog, a WMS for e-commerce fulfillment that its team learns in minutes.

“Here at our warehouse in Vestby, it's a total change. We've gone from manual packing to a fully advanced picking process, where the iPad shows you what to pick and where it sits, and you scan both the shelf and the carrier.”
Johannes Strøm, Commercial Director, Morgenlevering
Before Bitlog, Morgenlevering packed everything by hand. Products were laid out on a table around the packer, who placed them into boxes and bags based on what the label said. It worked, but it leaned on one person reading the right name every time. As the assortment changed fast and more people joined the packing team, the odds of a mispick climbed. The old systems couldn't track anything live.
Morgenlevering had a clear picture of the system they wanted: focused on pick and pack, simple, quick to learn so new packers could more or less plug in and start, reliable, and backed by good support. Not just software, a partner who could help them get more efficient. Quality first, cost down second.
Pickers are shown what to pick and where it sits, on an iPad. They scan both the shelf and the carrier to confirm each pick. Packing no longer depends on anyone reading a product name correctly, which is what let Morgenlevering keep expanding the assortment instead of holding it back. And it's all live.
"The best thing about Bitlog is that it's live. You can see what's happening, whether you're at the warehouse or in the Bahamas."
Mustafa Hussain, Warehouse Manager, Morgenlevering
Fewer errors was the first win: the return rate now runs at roughly half of what it was at the relaunch. The bigger story is what fewer errors unlocked. With reliable, verified picking, Morgenlevering could offer a far more flexible mix of breakfast packages and gift bundles, an important part of revenue, that it simply couldn't have assembled by hand.
That range is a real driver of growth. Revenue rose 25% from 2024 to 2025, and the team credits the broader assortment behind it. Efficiency dipped on purpose during the switch, since the goal was higher quality and a wider range, but within about a year it climbed back above the pre-system level, now on a far stronger setup.
Every evening Morgenlevering packs between 1,500 and 3,000 orders. There's no room for a stall; a halt means packages don't ship. The system keeps up, and when a challenge does come up, support is there.
"I'd recommend Bitlog to any company that wants an easier day-to-day in production or inventory."
Mustafa Hussain, Warehouse Manager, Morgenlevering
