How named-user pricing works

What's a named user?

A named user is one real person, identified by first and last name. Shared logins like "Picker1" aren't allowed.

Do I pay for users who don't log in?

No. You pay for the users who actually logged in that month. Register 20, and if only 10 log in during the month, you pay for 10.

How does per-user price scale?

Your first 10 users are in the base license. Above that, pricing is tiered — the bigger your team, the lower the per-user rate. Seasonal staff? Temporary users are billed by the month (tier plus small premium).
