Team Performance with AI coaching

The Team Performance page gives leaders a clear read on how the team and the operation are doing: a leaderboard, shift and segment times in your local time, and export of the underlying data whenever you want it.

On top of that, Bitlog runs a nightly, Claude-written analysis of team performance and turns it into coaching suggestions you can act on. You set the context so the analysis reflects how your operation actually runs.

Every page in the Web Portal has a built-in assistant. Ask it how something works, or what a field on the screen does. It answers from Bitlog's own documentation, in your portal language, and shows you the sources it used. It knows your setup, so it explains your features as yours and tells you when something is an add-on.

Nothing sensitive leaves Bitlog. Only your question and Bitlog's documentation go to the assistant, never live warehouse data, and never personal or GDPR-sensitive information. When it doesn't know, it says so and points you to Bitlog Support. Access follows each user's permissions.
