Bitlog named on Breakit's Scale-Up List for SaaS 2023

Bitlog has been awarded as one of the most prominent and rapidly expanding SaaS companies in Sweden for 2023 by Breakit. The selection process for this prestigious list has become even more stringent, making it an even greater honor for us to be acknowledged alongside other innovative SaaS enterprises.

We sat down with Fred Boström, CEO at Bitlog, for a few minutes to discuss how Bitlog accomplished this under his leadership, and here is what he said:

What does this recognition mean to you?

It's encouraging to know that our company is on the right track. We have always attempted to be more than a system vendor. We have put a lot of effort into developing a scalable and user-friendly product. Furthermore, we have spent an equal amount of time understanding our customers' challenges, advising them, and refining our WMS system based on their feedback.

What are the most important factors in your success?

I believe the way our customers describe us gives a good indication of why we are successful. They call us "tech supply chain geeks." 🤓 They mean that we enjoy technology and enjoy comprehending processes. Implementing a system is never the most difficult task. Understanding, challenging, and improving the customer's process is the difficult part. Because, at the end of the day, it is your responsibility to assist your customers in scaling their businesses. You will scale with them if they scale.

Where do you go from here?

To build on our success, we're working hard to improve Bitlog WMS. We're always looking for ways to improve its scalability, usability, and efficiency. Our goal is to continue assisting our customers in their efforts to grow and adapt to new challenges. We will continue to push the boundaries of what is possible and remain committed to providing excellent service and solutions to our users.
